Plant Milk Made Simple: Intermediate
& October Library Hours
October 24, 2016 @ 19:00 - 20:00
Free
SJ Seed Circle Library is excited to have Keith Monahan from GMO Free NJ present this fun and informative plant milk class.
Homemade plant milk is delicious and surprisingly easy to make. Join us to learn how to make your own plant milk (without added ingredients). We will focus on milks that need to be strained and the types of straining devices used.
Fresh plant milk is completely unlike the store-bought stuff. The delicate flavor and rich, velvety texture will let you know what all the fuss is about! It’s so easy and affordable to make your own. This way you get to choose exactly what goes into your body.
8oz jars of plant milk will be available to take home, while supplies last. Each jar will cost $2.00. Bring a clean, 8oz. mason jar with lid and ring for $1.00 off. The fee is to help cover material costs.
**The Seed Library will be available for people to peruse while the class is being taught.
Come for the class. Come for the seeds. Or come for both.
This class is free and open to the public.
